3 types: medical, philosophical, religious

Vaccines are mandated across America for entry into school; however, you have the legal right to file an exemption for one or all vaccines. At present, all 50 states allow a medical exemption to vaccination, but most states require this exemption be written by a medical doctor (M.D.). 48 states allow for religious exemptions and only 17 allow for a philosophical or conscientious, personal belief exemption. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) make national vaccine policy recommendations and with the approval of the state legislatures, public health officials in state health departments, vaccine mandates are enforced. Thus, vaccine laws and exemptions vary from state to state. Some states allow you to show “proof of immunity” by demonstration of a blood titer test, which could indicate you have acquired enough antibodies either naturally or by vaccine, to be exempt from vaccination or re-vaccination.
Although allowed in all 50 states, medical exemptions are difficult to attain. In most states it must be written by an M.D. or doctor of osteopathy, D.O. (if practice recognized in your state). Some states do allow other state-designated health care workers to certify that the administration of one or more of the state mandated vaccines could pose a threat of substantial physical harm to the individual. Most states do not allow a doctor of chiropractic to write a medical exemption. Almost all reasons for delaying or withholding vaccines have been eliminated by government and medical trade officials. Most doctors and medical professionals follow the federal guidelines set forth by the CDC when considering what criteria is used to validate a medical contraindication not to vaccinate. Some states allow state public health officials to review these exemptions and revoke them if they do not think the exemption is justified or does not conform to federal CDC guidelines.
All but 2 states, Mississippi and West Virginia, allow for a religious reason not to vaccinate. This exemption is granted based on the U.S. Constitution First Amendment to freely hold and exercise your religious beliefs. Based on the 1905 ruling in Jacobsen v. Massachusetts, if states have a “compelling state interest”, this right can be taken away. According to a number of state court cases setting precedent on vaccine mandates, the freedom to act according to one’s religion is subject to “reasonable regulation” if those beliefs substantially threaten public health. Religious beliefs must be sincerely held and in some states, you have to show proof of belonging to a certain church that outwardly prohibits vaccines and other medical procedures. Some states have required signed affidavits by a pastor or spiritual advisor, while others have allowed parents to sign a notarized document. Americans have the right to hold sincere spiritual beliefs without being a part of an organized religion or a state recognized church, and thus, anytime this strict language has been challenged, it has been deemed unconstitutional. If you file a religious exemption in your state, be prepared to defend it. You can belong to any religion: Christian, Jewish, Muslim, or other faith and find biblical reasons not to vaccinate.
Philosophical, Conscientious, or Personal Belief Exemption
Only 17 states allow for this type of exemption. If you wish to exercise your right to be exempt based on these beliefs, you must object to all, not just one, vaccine. Recent laws passed in Washington, Oregon, and California, make filing this exemption more difficult. You must first obtain a signature from an M.D. stating you have been educated on the risks and benefits of vaccines. In Oregon, you are required to attend a state vaccine education program. Lobbyists for the pharmaceutical companies, medical trade and public health industries have been working diligently for the past several years to completely remove exemptions and severely restrict medical ones.
Forced Vaccination is Unconstitutional
John Locke, philosopher and physician, and considered one of the most influential enlightened thinkers of his time, said it best when he said the right to your own body is the basic of all rights. The negative consequences of forced vaccination would be serious and far reaching. It dramatically increases government involvement in our lives. The burden to tax-payers will increase because undoubtedly you will have more vaccine injuries when everyone is forced to take them. This will force ordinary Americans to pay more influential corporations who cannot be sued and are immune from all liability from the products they make. Tax-payers pay for the injured, not the government.
Mandating vaccines is unconstitutional and violates our fifth and fourteenth amendment rights, which grant us the right to life and liberty. Our right to life trumps any medical procedure, including vaccines, which have dangerous side effects up to and including death in some cases, no matter how rare. To force a human to inject anything into his or her body without informed consent is immoral and unethical. The Jacobson case in 1905 did not allow for mandates unless there was a wide-spread epidemic, and it still allowed citizens to opt out and pay a small fine. 132 measles cases in the US population of 350 million, hardly justifies an outbreak. Vaccines have been declared “unavoidably unsafe” by the US Supreme Court. We know vaccines contain risk of injury or death. If there is a risk, there must be a choice-period.
Informed consent is agreeing to undergo any medical procedure, such as vaccines, clinical trials etc, after being counseled or receiving all material information regarding the risks, benefits and alternatives to that treatment. Medical professionals are denying full informed consent when they do not show a parent a vaccine insert, disclosing all the numerous dangerous side effects associated with the vaccine, as well as all the ingredients. The knowledge that these products do in fact kill and injure some is enough to allow for informed consent. Physicians, in the American Medical Association Code of Ethics, affirm philosophical and religious exemptions for themselves. See Opinion 9.133 Routine Universal Immunization of Physicians. Parents should have that same right and should not be discriminated against by our own government.
CDC, Pharma, and Political Corruption
Talk about William Thompson, cdc whistleblower, vaxxed.
Despite the evidence that vaccines can cause neurological damage, the CDC and Pharma continue to outwardly deny any link between autism and vaccines. They repeatedly rely on studies done by Dr. Paul Thorsen, the CDC scientist involved in 21 out of the 24 studies claiming there is no link between vaccines and autism. Mr. Thorsen currently tops the federal most wanted list for 22 counts of wire fraud and money laundering, and faces 260 years in jail. Hardly a credible source of information and further demonstrates the corruption of the CDC. Follow the money to reveal such corruption.
Money magazine did an investigation of the booming vaccine industry in 1996 and it was estimated that vaccine revenues were over $1 billion annually in the U.S. alone. http://www.vaccinationnews.org/DailyNews/May2001/MoneyMag.htm.
In 2011, at least $5.7 Billion was given to vaccine manufactures by the US Govt. just for childhood vaccines.
Further contract information delineating money given by the U.S. Govt. to manufacturers of vaccines:
|Sanofi Pasteur||200-2011-38199||$1,142,400,000.00 |
After the continued push for yearly influenza vaccines on everyone, including unstudied pregnant women, as well as vaccines such as Gardasil and Prevnar, the global vaccine market has enjoyed a decidedly solid boost in revenue, and has now soared to $27 billion. http://www.over-vaccination.net.
In the past 5 years, drug makers have paid the U. S. Government $19.2 billion in criminal and civil fraud penalties. Skepticism of the pharmaceutical industry is well deserved. Every single pharmaceutical company has pled guilty to fraud in the last few years- every single one. CDC whistleblower, Dr. William W. Thompson, PhD, a Senior Scientist, has admitted the 2004 paper entitled “Age at first measles-mumps-rubella vaccination in children with autism and school-matched control subjects: a population-based study in metropolitan Atlanta,” which has been repeatedly used by the CDC to deny any link of vaccines to autism, was a fraud. Here is a link to the study http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/14754936. Dr. Andrew Wakefield was stripped of his medical license and attacked for publishing a study linking vaccines to autism. It appears anyone who presents the truth, or even wants to have a conversation about the safety of what’s being injected into our children, risks their entire professional careers.
Follow the Money
In addition to the controversy surrounding the credibility of the CDC, pharmaceutical companies make campaign contributions (glorified bribes) to elected officials, thus encouraging them to pass more stringent laws regarding vaccination. How can our law makers be objective when it comes to passing laws mandating vaccines when they receive thousands from the manufacturers of those vaccines?
There is also a revolving door between the CDC and Pharma. In fact, the former CDC Director is now President of Merck’s vaccine unit http://www.articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2012/02/02/merck-flu-vaccine-conflicts. This list goes on and on and it is common for people to be offered jobs making them millionaires and the conflicts of interest run rampant at the CDC. Those same people, who are regulating and promoting vaccines, are also evaluating their safety. http://www.cptech.org/ip/health/politics/revolvingdoor.html. In short, the legislative corruption runs deep. The documentary “BOUGHT” demonstrates this well.
